This equipment applies multiple national patented technologies of our company.The equipment is installed below the ground, and the catering wastewater flows into the equipment by gravity. The oil separation lifting equipment uses oil-water separation technology to separate and collect the oil, and lifts the sewage to the ground pipeline network; This equipment has high oil-water separation accuracy, good environmental performance, integrated structure, no need to build a new oil separation tank, compact structure, small footprint, saves investment, stainless steel integration, clean and hygienic, automated operation, and easy daily management.

The overall structure of ZRGY series oil-water separation equipment consists of three parts:Slag removal system (automatic slag removal or manual basket slag removal), automatic oil removal system, and sewage lifting system. When the catering wastewater flows into the first isolation zone (slag removal zone), the slag removal device intercepts and discharges the solid impurities (such as vegetable leaves, rice, broken bones, etc.) (or uses a basket style slag removal, manually dumped); After entering the second isolation zone (oil removal zone), the water and oil are physically separated and layered inside the box using the difference in specific gravity between oil and water and the structural design of the box. The oil droplets in the wastewater gather and move upward along the spoiler, and gather and float in the top oil collector of the oil removal system. Users observe the oil volume through the oil window on the oil collector. When the oil volume is large, open the oil discharge valve and discharge the waste oil to the oil collection tank for regular cleaning or replacement (an automatic oil removal system can be selected to achieve automatic oil discharge, a weighing alarm system can be selected to achieve oil collection tank cleaning alarm notification, and an air flotation device can be selected to achieve oil-water separation and layering). After treatment, small impurities in the liquid of the slag removal system and oil removal system settle in the sludge discharge area at the bottom of the equipment under the action of gravity, and are regularly discharged through pipelines for cleaning; After oil-water separation, the wastewater flows downwards along the baffle and enters the third isolation zone (sewage lifting system). It is forcefully discharged into the municipal pipeline network through the sewage lifting pump (if the equipment is installed higher than the municipal pipeline network, it can choose not to use the sewage lifting system, and the sewage flows directly into the municipal pipeline network through the pipeline). The equipment integrates advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources, combining automatic slag removal and transportation method, gravity separation method, corridor and siphon drainage, and floating oil setting. The wastewater undergoes 5-8 levels of deep treatment, and the oil-water separation equipment performs better than the national third level discharge standard.

When the equipment is installed underground, it is required that the ground level be maintained;

2. The base foundation of the equipment requires fixing with anchor bolts;

3. Gate valves should be installed at the inlet and outlet of the equipment for equipment debugging and maintenance;

4. The ventilation pipe of the equipment should be connected to the outdoor or to the ventilation pipe of the building drainage system;

5. There should be drainage ditches next to the equipment for easy maintenance drainage, emergency drainage, and equipment overflow drainage;

When the equipment is installed in a pit, a reserved pit should be pre-set. Please refer to the equipment installation dimension table for the size of the reserved pit, and it is required that the ground inside the pit be flat;

7. The upper cover plate of the reserved pit for equipment installation should be easy to open. Manholes and ladders should be set up to facilitate daily bucket lifting;

During equipment maintenance, open the manhole cover and ventilate for half an hour before operating it;

9. There should be a 500 * 500 * 500mm drainage pit inside the pit, and an auxiliary pump should be installed for equipment maintenance;
